Don't let a sold out Universal Express Pass ruin your trip. USJ Express Pass monitors your selected Express Pass 24/7 and notifies you the instant it becomes available — so you don't have to.
How it works
Select your park date and the exact Express Passes you want — a specific pass, or a bundle that covers every pass in that group at once.
Our system checks availability 24/7. The moment your selected Express Pass becomes available, we'll send you an email — no refreshing required.
Open the email, follow the link to Universal's official ticketing website, and complete your purchase directly from the source. Enjoy your trip!
Why use our service
Universal releases Express Pass inventory in unannounced batches, and popular dates can sell back out within the hour. Catching one manually means refreshing the right page at the right minute, every day. That's what we automate.
The moment one of your selected Express Passes becomes available, we send you an email with a direct link to Universal’s official ticketing website. Our service gives you the best chance to secure your desired Express Pass.
Monitor multiple specific passes — or a whole group with a bundle — for the same date, and get told about whichever becomes available first. One email per pass, no spam.
Everything works in the background on our servers. There’s nothing to install, and your computer does not need to stay awake. Set up your alerts and get back to planning your trip.
Restocks can vanish in minutes — sometimes faster than you can check out. If that happens, open your dashboard and hit Retry monitoring on that pass: we start watching it again immediately, at no extra cost, as many times as you need, right up until the day of your visit. One purchase covers the whole hunt — not just the first alert.
FAQ
We monitor Universal Studios Japan Express Pass availability for your park date, 24/7. The moment a pass you're watching drops or restocks, we email you with a direct link to Universal's official ticketing site — where you purchase directly from them. We're an independent alert service: we never handle your tickets or your park payment.
We check availability continuously, day and night. When your pass appears in stock, your email goes out right away — typically you'll know within seconds of us detecting the restock.
It happens — restocks can disappear quickly. Log in to your dashboard and hit "Retry monitoring" on that pass. We start watching it again instantly, free of charge, as many times as you need until the day of your visit.
A single alert watches one specific pass (for example, "Express Pass 4: Mine Cart & JAWS"). A bundle watches every pass in that group for your date — you're notified once per pass. If you'd be happy with any of them, the bundle gives you the most coverage at a discounted price.
On the day of your park visit (Japan time), monitoring for that date ends automatically — at that point an alert can no longer help you, so we stop checking. Until then, it runs nonstop.
No — your account is created automatically when you check out, using the email you provide. Sign in any time with that email to see your alerts' live status or retry a sold-out pass.
Enter the same email you used at checkout. We’ll send you a secure, one-time login link.
Choose a date, the passes you'd accept, and where to send your alert.

By accessing or using USJ Express Pass (the “Service”), signing in, or purchasing an alert, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Service.
USJ Express Pass is an independent monitoring and email-notification service. After successful payment, we periodically check publicly available ticketing information for the Universal Studios Japan Express Pass products and visit date you selected. If a selected product appears to become available, we attempt to send an email alert with a link to the official ticketing website.
The Service does not sell, reserve, hold, purchase, or resell admission tickets or Express Passes. You must complete any purchase directly with the official ticket seller.
USJ Express Pass is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Universal Studios Japan, Universal Parks & Resorts, NBCUniversal, or any of their affiliates. All park names, pass names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to identify the products monitored by the Service.
Monitoring begins after Stripe confirms successful payment and continues until the selected park date arrives in Japan Standard Time, unless the order is cancelled or the Service ends earlier under these Terms. Monitoring automatically expires when the selected visit date arrives or passes.
If you purchase a bundle, the Service monitors the individual pass variants included in that bundle at the time of purchase. Product names, identifiers, and availability may change on the third-party ticketing website.
The Service depends on third-party systems that we do not own or control. Those systems may change, restrict automated access, provide delayed or incomplete information, or become unavailable without notice. We do not guarantee that:
Availability can change rapidly. Receiving an alert does not create a reservation, hold, purchase right, or guarantee of inventory.
The total price is shown before checkout and is charged as a one-time payment through Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the displayed charge and request that monitoring begin immediately after payment confirmation.
Because the Service begins performing the purchased monitoring immediately, payments are non-refundable once monitoring has been activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Refund requests or reports of duplicate or incorrect charges may be sent to [email protected] and will be reviewed based on the circumstances.
Dashboard access uses a passwordless Magic Link sent to your email address. To view an order, you must sign in with the same email address used at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and for activity performed through a valid login session associated with that email.
You must not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with another customer’s orders or account.
When a selected pass appears available and an alert is successfully sent, that specific pass is marked as notified. If it sells out before you can purchase it, you may use the dashboard’s retry feature to restart monitoring for that pass at no additional charge, provided the order remains active and the selected visit date has not arrived.
By using the Service, you agree to receive transactional emails necessary to provide it, including login links, payment-related messages, availability alerts, and service notices. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam or junk folders.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, interfere with or overload our systems, bypass security controls, access another user’s information, submit fraudulent payments, reverse-engineer the Service, or disrupt the third-party systems that the Service monitors.
We may suspend or terminate access, cancel monitoring, or block activity that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers for payment processing, authentication, email delivery, hosting, and ticketing information. Your use of third-party websites or services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, purchases, outages, policies, content, security, or actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, USJ Express Pass and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including missed tickets, missed trips, travel expenses, lost opportunities, lost data, or lost profits arising from or related to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively when posted, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
